Isela Segura, PA-C, is a native of Eagle Pass, Texas, dedicated
to delivering compassionate care in MCHD’s Family Medicine
Department. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health
Care Sciences and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from
UT Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2013. With over 20
years of healthcare experience, including roles as a Certified
Nurse Assistant and Office Manager, she brings extensive
knowledge to her patients. Nationally Board Certified by the

NCCPA, Isela is committed to providing high-quality, patient-
focused care to her beloved community.
