Hilda De Leon, PA-C, is a native of Eagle Pass, Texas, and a
dedicated family medicine practitioner with MCHD. She
earned her PA degree from the University of Texas Medical
Branch at Galveston in 2001 and has deep roots in both her

community and profession. Known for her caring, patient-
centered approach, she was previously a professor at

UTHSCSA’s PA Program and served as President of the Mid-
Level Providers Association of Southwest Texas. Hilda brings

warmth, attentiveness, and a vibrant sense of humor to her
