Manuel De Jesus Hernandez, PA-C, is a proud Eagle Pass native and graduate of Eagle Pass High School C.C. Winn Campus, Class of 2006. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University in 2010 before completing his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at UT Health San Antonio in 2014. After completing his education, Mr. Hernandez returned to his hometown to serve the community that helped shape him. Since 2015, he has been providing compassionate, patient-centered care in family medicine, treating individuals and families through every stage of life. His experience includes the evaluation and management of a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, with a focus on helping patients achieve and maintain their best possible health. Mr. Hernandez joined MCHD Urgent Care in 2025, where he provides prompt, high-quality care for non-emergency illnesses and injuries. Known for his approachable nature and commitment to patient care, he is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for during their visit.
