Elias Díaz, LMFT, is a native of Eagle Pass with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from USC and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University–Los Angeles. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with advanced training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD. With over 10 years of clinical experience, Elias provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals, couples, and families, specializing in depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic illness, and relational issues. He has led impactful community initiatives, including the co-founding of EP SAFE to expand access to mental and sexual health services, and has contributed to statewide health campaigns and educational outreach. His approach centers on fostering trust, empowering patients, and creating a safe space for healing and growth.
